RACE is a registered, women-led national organisation based in Juba, Central Equatoria. We work with communities, civil society and public institutions to turn local knowledge into sustainable, community-driven solutions.

Our interventions respond to the practical realities of poverty, conflict, displacement and climate pressure while supporting inclusive, lasting progress.
Food Security & Livelihoods
Agricultural training, farmer groups, climate-resilient practices, savings groups and microenterprise support.
GBV Prevention & Response
Awareness, safe spaces, survivor support and engagement of men and boys for gender equality.
Peacebuilding & Good Governance
Community dialogue, peace committees, reconciliation, civic education and local accountability.
Women & Youth Empowerment
Leadership, entrepreneurship, savings access and skills that expand participation and independence.
Emergency Response & Risk Reduction
Preparedness, risk mitigation, local disaster management and timely relief for affected communities.
